Returns. Lip and face colour is made to order and used on the mouth and skin, so we cannot resell it and we do not accept returns or exchanges on a shade you simply did not like. Choose carefully: every shade is photographed on real lips, and the full ingredient list is on this page. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, that is our mistake and we put it right in full, shipping included. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
