We tell you which formula is vegan and which is not
Our Satin Lipstick contains beeswax and carmine, so it is not vegan, and we say so on the page. The Matte Lipstick and Matte Lip Stain contain neither, and no fragrance either. The Vegan Lip Balm is the only fully vegan product we make. Most brands put one badge on the whole range and hope you do not check.

We tell you what a finish actually costs you
A matte that lasts all day will feel drier than a satin. A gloss that shines will move when you eat. A plumper that gives you volume does it by irritating the lip, which is why ours tingles and why we say so before you buy rather than after. No finish does everything.

We print the full ingredient list, allergens included
Every page carries the complete INCI, not a curated highlight reel. Where a formula contains fragrance we name the declared allergens in it, so anyone who reacts can rule it out in ten seconds instead of finding out the hard way.

The questions worth asking
Work backwards from the finish, not the colour. If it has to last through lunch with no touch-ups, start with the Matte Lip Stain. If comfort matters most, start with the Cream Lipstick. If you are somewhere in between, the Satin Lipstick is the one most people keep reaching for.
Then pick warm or cool. Warm shades lean orange, red or brick. Cool shades lean pink, berry or blue-red and tend to make teeth look brighter. The shade wall on this page shows every colour at its true value and can be narrowed to nude, pink, red or deep in one tap, and every shade is photographed on real lips rather than drawn as a graphic, so what you see is what arrives.
Through the day. We are not going to quote you an hour count, because the honest answer depends on what you eat and drink.
What we will say: the Matte Lip Stain sets down in about a minute and gets through a meal without a touch-up. The Matte Lipstick holds most of a working day. Neither cracks, cakes or turns sticky. The Satin and Cream Lipsticks are comfort-first and want topping up after you eat.
Yes, and it matters. The Matte Lipstick, Matte Lip Stain, Hydrating Lip Oil, Retractable Lip Liner and Vegan Lip Balm are fragrance-free.
The Satin Lipstick and the Lip Gloss contain fragrance. On the Satin Lipstick that includes four declared allergens: citronellol, linalool, geraniol and benzyl benzoate. They are listed on the page.
Because that is how a plumper works. Ours uses cayenne pepper fruit extract, ginger root oil and methyl nicotinate, which bring blood to the surface of the lip. The fuller look is the swelling, and the tingle is the same mechanism. It lasts a few minutes; the effect lasts an hour or two.
If your lips are chapped or reactive, skip it and use the Lip Butter instead.
Yes, through the kits. Each kit puts three full sizes together for less than the three cost bought one at a time. The lip kits are $69 against $92 to $94 separately, so you keep $23 to $25, and you get a liner, a colour and a topcoat that were picked to work together.

Plan on two to three weeks, and we would rather tell you that now than have you refreshing a tracking page later. Every order is made and packed to order in Dallas, which takes five to nine business days, then three to five business days in transit within the United States.
Shipping is free on orders over $100. Below that it is a flat $9.99, which is what it actually costs us to send. United States only at the moment.
Not for a change of mind. Every piece is made to order and it is colour that goes on the mouth and the skin, so once it has left us we cannot resell it, and we are not going to pretend otherwise by taking it back and quietly binning it.
What we do instead is give you everything you need to choose right the first time: every shade photographed on real lips, the complete ingredient list on every page, and a straight answer about how each finish behaves.
If the order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, that is a different thing entirely and it is our mistake. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we put it right in full, shipping included.
